Chief Dele Fajemirokun is the chairman of the six-member Board of Directors which decides the general policy of the company. He is a Business Economics graduate from the University of Ife (now known as Obafemi Awolowo University). He also holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from the University of Los Angeles, in the United States of America. He has served severally on the Board of many companies in various capacities both as Chairman and Director. Presently, he is the Chairman of AIICO Insurance Nigeria Plc, Xerox HS (Nigeria) Limited, Kings Guards Limited, Logic Sciences Limited, Spar Aerospace and GS Telecom amongst others
Deji has a BA Information Systems (UK) and an MBA from Cardiff, Wales. He started his career with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in London, and has since garnered over 20 years' experience in IT, trading and the hospitality business in the UK, South Africa, Rwanda and Nigeria. Deji started the group in 1999, and has since been its Chief Executive, leading the company through the various stages and phases to its current position as a top 5 (by market share of revenues) of all QSRs in Nigeria, and one of the most-respected and up-market brands in the industry.
A banker by profession, he was the pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Chartered Bank PLC, and also a past Managing Director of National Bank of Nigeria Plc. Prior to that; he was the General Manager Manager/Chief Credit Officer of International Merchant Bank PLC. He holds a first degree in Engineering from MIT and a Masters degree from the prestigious, MIT Sloan School of Management. He is currently the Chairman of Quantum Capital Management.
Alhaji Maiyaki began his working career as an Administrative Officer with the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, from where he graduated B.A. (Hons) in Public Administration in 1967. He later joined the Nigerian Mining Corporation in Jos, as its pioneer Company Secretary/Head of Administration. In 1980, he was appointed an Executive Director of the Union Bank of Nigeria Plc; and Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria in 1988, from which position he retired in 1999. Currently, he serves on the Board of a number of private sector companies.
Graduated from the University of Wales, Swansea, UK with a first Class Honors in Engineering. He holds an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Colombia, Vancouver, Canada. He worked at Bell, Canada and the University of Ibadan as a Senior Lecturer. He is the Chairman of the Bellview Airlines Limited, Lagos and the CEO of Future Technology System Limited.
Graduated from the American College in London with a B.A in Business Administration. He holds an MBA in Management from UCLA, Los Angeles, USA. He was formerly Business Development Officer of Oando Supply & Trading Limited. He also worked with ERP/Total, Rwanda and Sedec Investments South Africa as Managing Director and is currently the MD/CEO of Sedec Energy Nigeria.
Doyin has a BSC chemistry from University of Lagos Nigeria and an MBA from Cardiff Wales. She started her career as marketing manager Purple Software and later joined Schlumberger. She is currently MD/CEO of Schlumberger Information Solutions for Nigeria and Gulf of Guinea Countries.
