Deji has a BA Information Systems (UK) and an MBA from Cardiff, Wales. He started his career with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in London, and has since garnered over 20 years' experience in IT, trading and the hospitality business in the UK, South Africa, Rwanda and Nigeria. Deji started the group in 1999, and has since been its Chief Executive, leading the company through the various stages and phases to its current position as a top 5 (by market share of revenues) of all QSRs in Nigeria, and one of the most-respected and up-market brands in the industry.
He holds a B. Pharm (1st Class) from the University of Ibadan and has attended many senior management development programmes within and outside Nigeria. He has varied experience spanning over 16 years in Sales, Consultancy (Strategy, Performance Management, HR and Turnaround management) and Programme Management. At various times during his working career, he was with GlaxoWellcome Nigeria Limited, Phillips Consulting and MTN Nigeria, amongst others.
Tunde has over 16 years of financial and risk management experience, working in the city of London for major brokerage firms and investment banks: Harlow Butler Holdings, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America, holding various positions in finance, P&L management, treasury and risk management. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Oando Plc in Nigeria, responsible for setting up financial processes, corporate financial reporting structures and refinancing the corporate balance sheet. He holds a first degree in Accounting from Ife (OAU), an MBA (Manchester Business School) and he is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.
Paul has over 16 years' experience in the food and hospitality business including Nandos, TGI Fridays, Innscor and Steers. His most recent appointment was as the Country Manager Innscor International Ghana (Nandos/Mobil 'on the run'). He has operated in 13 African countries including South Africa, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Botswana and Zimbabwe.
Kofi has over 21 years experience in the food and hospitality industry and a diploma in hotel management from the University of London. He also has a BA (Hons) International Business and Marketing from University of London and CIMA UK. He previously worked at McDonald's (UK), Nandos, Innscor/Famous Brands (Steers and Debonairs). His most recent appointment was as Operations Manager Innscor International (Mobil Oil/On the Run). He has operated in 4 African countries including South Africa, Ghana, Zimbabwe, and Ivory Coast.
Yinka is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years' experience spanning the Banking, Manufacturing, Service, Oil, Engineering, Insurance and Food industries. She previously worked with Ernst and Young, Deloitte Adetona Isichei & Co., and was Group Internal Auditor of IGI prior to joining Food Concepts.
Seun has a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Management from the University of Essex, UK and an MBA from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK. His working experience spans various sectors including Insurance, Management Consulting, Media, IT and Finance. He has attended many executive management development programs within and outside Nigeria with the most recent one being 'Real Estate Management Program' at Harvard Business School.
ACIS, B.L, LL.B Hons (University of Ibadan). She has over 13 years experience as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria. Since commencing legal practice, she has acquired substantial expertise in litigation matters, general corporate and commercial law and practice, company secretarial and legal advisory services, amongst others. She is a Chartered Secretary and Administrator, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) International and Nigeria. She has provided comprehensive company secretarial and legal advisory services to a broad range of commercial concerns engaged in several sectors of the economy. Josephine was previous in practice with The Law Union (Barristers & Solicitors) and prior to joining food Concepts, she served as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser for 18 companies under the Churchgate Group.
Uche has a B.Sc degree in Microbiology and has over 7 years working experience in various sectors including IT, Media and Insurance in both Human Resources Management and General Administration. He likewise has good Human Resource consulting experience in several organizations in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Banking Industries.
Segun has over 12 years of work experience as a Chartered Accountant in the Audit, Food and Hospitality Industry. He started his career with the firm of Olajide Oyewole & Co. and Bababode Osunkoya and Co. as the Practice and Audit Manager respectively. Prior to joining Food Concepts, he was the Chief Internal Auditor to Protea Hotel, Oakwood Park, Lekki. He is also an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
